Case presentation: cataract and IOL Lara.
Video starts with first limbar incision at 2.4 mm, two paracentesis and OVD (Z-Hyalin Plus). Capsulorhexis performed with forceps, hydrodissection, phacoemulsification with Zeiss Visalis 500, bimanual I/A for the cortex, IOL Zeiss Lara implantation, OVD aspiraton and incisions closure.
