In this video the surgeon shows as to position two capsule tension rings ,to sustain the capsular bag during rhexis, phaco, I/A and after IOL implantation in a cataract with large dialysis.
There is also an anterior vitrectomy at the beginning and the insertion of a capsular tension ring before  a CTR before IOL implantation
